Eligibility & Age Verification
To register as a member and use 88faa's services, the following conditions must be met:
- You must be 21 years of age or older. Our platform is strictly prohibited for minors.
- You must not reside in an area where online gaming is completely prohibited.
- Each person may open only one account. Creating multiple accounts is strictly prohibited.
- You must conduct transactions in your own name and using your own payment methods.
- You must provide true and accurate personal information. Opening an account with false information constitutes fraud.
88faa may request necessary documents for age and identity verification at any time. Failure to provide the required information within the specified period may result in the account being suspended or closed.
Account Registration & Security
3.1 Opening an Account
To open an account, you must provide accurate and complete information — including your full name, date of birth, contact address, and mobile number. Providing incorrect or incomplete information may result in account cancellation and any pending payments being withheld.
3.2 Login Credentials Security
It is your responsibility to keep your username and password completely confidential. Do not share this information with any third party. You are solely responsible for any unauthorized activity on your account. If you notice any suspicious activity, notify our support team immediately.
3.3 Account Suspension or Closure
88faa may immediately suspend or close any account for the following reasons:
- Violation of the Terms & Conditions
- Detection of fraudulent or suspicious activity
- Operating multiple accounts
- Providing false or misleading information
- Evidence of bonus abuse or bonus manipulation
Financial Transactions & Payments
Deposit Rules
Currently accepted payment methods at 88faa are: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer (Dutch-Bangla, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, and other scheduled banks). Deposits made through methods outside this list will not be accepted.
- The minimum deposit amount is ৳500 for each method.
- Deposits must be made using a payment account registered in your own name.
- Transactions from third-party accounts or under anonymous/fake identities are prohibited.
- After a successful deposit, your balance is generally updated quickly; if there is a delay, please contact support.
88faa reserves the right to verify the source of deposited funds. For suspicious transactions, we may request additional documentation.
Withdrawal Rules
The following conditions apply when withdrawing winnings:
- The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳800.
- Withdrawal funds are generally sent within 5 to 30 minutes.
- Withdrawals can only be made to the same payment method used for the deposit.
- Winnings from bonuses must meet wagering requirements before withdrawal (see Section 6 for details).
- Withdrawals may be on hold until identity verification is complete.
Withdrawals may be delayed due to technical issues with the banking system or on national holidays. 88faa will not be held liable in such situations, but we will make every effort to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
Bonuses, Promotional Offers & Wagering Requirements
6.1 Welcome Bonus
88faa offers new members a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳5,000. For example: depositing ৳1,000 earns a ৳1,000 bonus, giving a total balance of ৳2,000.
6.2 Wagering Requirements
Before withdrawing funds received from a bonus, you must wager 10 times the bonus amount. Wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only, not on the combined total of the deposit and bonus. Example: ৳1,000 bonus × 10 = ৳10,000 must be wagered before withdrawal.
6.3 General Bonus Terms
- Each bonus offer may have its own specific conditions — please read them carefully when you receive an offer.
- If a bonus is used fraudulently, the bonus and any associated winnings will be cancelled.
- While one bonus is active, another bonus cannot be used at the same time, unless stated otherwise.
- 88faa reserves the right to modify or cancel any promotional offer at any time.
Gaming Rules & Code of Conduct
Gaming Rules & Fair Play
All games on the 88faa platform operate on fair play principles. Our gaming system is secure and ensures unbiased results. Every player must follow the gaming rules below:
- Using any software, bots, or automated methods to influence game outcomes is prohibited.
- Deliberately exploiting any technical error or bug in a game is prohibited. Reporting any such errors to the support team immediately upon discovery is mandatory.
- If any game is cancelled due to a technical issue, the funds used in that game will be refunded.
- The winnings for a game are determined according to the rules of that specific game.
- In the event of any dispute, server log records will be considered the final evidence.
Prohibited Activities
The following activities are completely prohibited on the 88faa platform:
- Any attempt at money laundering or concealing illegally obtained funds.
- Creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses or promotional offers more than once.
- Colluding with other players to influence game outcomes ("collusion").
- Attempting to hack any part of the platform or undermine its security systems.
- Abusive, threatening, or obscene behavior toward other players or staff.
- Using any method that disrupts the normal flow of a game.
Involvement in any of the above activities will result in immediate account closure, all balances and bonuses may be forfeited, and legal action may be taken if necessary.
VIP Program & Special Benefits
88faa's VIP program has three tiers: Bronze, Silver, and Gold. Each tier comes with a weekly cashback benefit:
- Bronze: up to 0.3% cashback per week.
- Silver: up to 0.5% cashback per week.
- Gold: up to 0.8% cashback per week.
Advancement to a higher tier depends on the consistency and activity of your gameplay. VIP benefits may be changed at 88faa's discretion.
Privacy, Liability & Other Terms

Limitation of Liability
88faa accepts no liability for the following:
- Interruption of a game session due to internet disconnection or technical issues.
- Loss caused by faults in third-party software or payment gateways.
- Login credentials being compromised due to the user's own negligence.
- Service interruptions caused by unforeseen circumstances (force majeure) such as natural disasters, national emergencies, and similar events.
88faa's total liability shall in no case exceed the amount you deposited in the relevant transaction.

88faa may update these Terms at any time. The date on which the new Terms take effect will be clearly stated at the top of the page. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms have been written in Bengali and the Bengali version shall be considered the definitive version.
